This is a guided positive affirmation meditation, use this anytime you need to come back to your center, get grounded or need a boost of positive energy. This meditation will get you connected to your body, to your flow of energy, and get you into the vortex of loving yourself so fiercely that you know everything is possible.

For this meditation, I want you to just relax, be in the energy and listen to my words, feel whatever comes to you and focus on your breath.   Breath in, and breath out.

Roll your shoulders back and down. Allow your jaw to unclench, relax the tongue, and let it fall to the bottom of your mouth. Be present and feel the words and emotions in this meditation and allow them to permeate your entire body.
