How To Visualize Effectively To Manifest Any Goal

Visualization is an exceptionally powerful tool that you can use to create any dream that you wish. This is why so many high performing athletes use visualization as part of their routines, it is a way to rehearse the outcome that you want.

My question is if these athletes swear by visualization, and this is a tool that anyone can use, are you taking advantage of visualization to create the life that you desire?

I first read about visualization nearly 30 years ago when I was given a book called "Psycho Cybernetics".

In the book it talked about a study that was done over 20 days to improve 'free throw' accuracy with a basket ball.

Group 1 - no practicing through 20 days.

Group 2 - 20 minutes per day throwing free throws.

Group 3 - 20 minutes per day visualizing free throws.

The results?

Group 1 - no changes at the end of the study.

Group 2 - 24% improvement in accuracy.
