When you stop worrying about what others think of you, you give yourself massive amounts of energy that will help propel you to new levels of the enjoyment of life.
Your mind is the most energy consuming organ in your body and to obsess, stress or worry about what others think of us, we are just wasting energy on things that we can't do anything about.
